“Successful design & installation of sprinkler systems on time and to budget”
RFe was contracted to design & install a fire sprinkler system to two new office blocks - 7 & 8 Wellington Place, a new state-of-the-art development of offices blocks located in Leeds City Centre.
The 378,000 sq. ft building is now the latest regional Government Hub for HMRC and NHS Digital accommodating more than 6,000 civil servants.
All work was designed and installed in strict accordance with the Loss Prevention Council/BSEN12845/FM rules and the project was successfully completed on time and to budget.
We successfully fitted:
- > 5,000 sprinklers
- 32 zone check units
- 2 dry riser systems
- 3 wet installation valve sets
- 1 basement sprinkler plantroom
- 2 new half capacity sprinkler tanks
- 1 electric and 1 diesel suction lift fire pumps
